This rural home didn't just get a cosmetic makeover. We helped the owners create efficient spaces that are more conducive to their lives. We also overhauled the home's thermal efficiency with new double glazed windows throughout, acoustic insulation and new ceilings.

Bulga Community Hall Upgrades
The addition of a great new covered deck where locals can enjoy social occasions is a game changer for the Bulga Community Hall.
The upgrades also included changing out existing windows and wall area to fit large double doors, opening directly onto the beautiful Merbau deck.
The new store room is ample to fit everything you'd need to set the deck up for all sorts of great events and activities.
Community facilities are so important to a country town's infrastructure, and we're proud to have been able to help upgrade this one!

Spacious Azure Retreat
It's amazing how much difference opening up a space and increasing the light can make!
This living area feels twice the size with the living area wall, and kitchen partial wall removed.
Included in this renovation were resurfacing the stairs, replacing the kitchen, beautiful new luxury hybrid floors and of course the stunning feature wall.
We used Hardie, Hardigrove lining to add a textural element lending itself to a bright pop of azure colour.
The kitchen is simple, clean lined, timeless and lovely, set off by the feature splash back.
Always dedicated to making the most of space, the cramped laundry was remodelled to incorporate plenty of storage, a handy workbench and a second toilet and shower.

Just Chilling Out
Enclosing this verandah ceiling with VJ Board has made the space much more appealing to kick back and enjoy. It's also enabled the installation of a fan and some great understated downlights and made for easier cleaning and a more stable temperature.
We all deserve a place to kick back and chill out!

This dated, dark and cramped 3 way bathroom has been completely remodelled into an open, spacious and light room, perfect for our clients needs.
We've managed to keep some privacy intact through the careful placement of the toilet and partial wall, without compromising on the luxurious spacious feel of the main area.
finishing touches like the inbuilt niche, floor to ceiling feature wall, open shower and the vanity under mirror light, give an air of luxury to this practical, accessible family bathroom.
Classic Indulgence Ensuite Upgrade
A rich classic feel has been preserved while moving away from the dark heritage tones of the original bathroom.
The provincial motif style tiles on the floor are a nod to the heritage look while being much brighter and more interesting. The interest continues through brick bond laying of the subway tile.
Completed with classic matte black tap ware, handles and trims, the whole look has come together to form a bathroom our client was thrilled to start their day in.
